[目的]研究中药血必净注射液对椎间盘突出组织中巨噬细胞CD 68表达的影响。[方法]以猪为实验动物,手术制作椎间盘突出的动物模型,用血必净试验治疗,检测椎间盘突出组织中CD 68表达情况。[结果]模型组CD 68阳性率为11/16,低剂量组CD 68阳性率为7/16,高剂量组CD 68阳性率为6/16,2组与模型组比较P<0.05。[结论]椎间盘突出组织中的巨噬细胞是引起腰腿痛的重要病理生理基础之一,血必净对其有明显的下调作用,为血必净治疗椎间盘突出症提供了一定的基础理论依据。
[Objective] To study the effect of Xuebijing injection of traditional Chinese medicine on CD 68 expression in macrophage of intervertebral disc herniation. [Method] With pigs as experimental animals, animal models of disc herniation were made surgically and treated with Xuebijing. The CD 68 expression in the disc herniation tissue was detected. [Results] The positive rate of CD 68 in the model group was 11/16, the positive rate of CD 68 in the low dose group was 7/16, and the positive rate of CD 68 in the high dose group was 6/16. The comparison between the 2 groups and the model group was P<0.05. [Conclusion] The macrophage in the disc herniation is one of the important pathophysiological bases causing low back pain, and the effect of Xuebijing on its down-regulation obviously provides a certain theoretical basis for the treatment of disc herniation with Xuebijing. .
