在建立了螺旋连铸坯传热数学模型并用有限插分法进行求解的基础上 ,应用VisualC ++编制了螺旋连铸坯仿真系统·系统采用多文档界面 ,支持用户交互输入数据·通过用户的输入数据建立三维的螺旋连铸坯模型·采用科学计算可视化的方法 ,以颜色值代表温度值 ,将温度值的变化动态直观地输出至界面·为便于观察连铸坯的局部 ,系统界面还支持三维模型的旋转、平移、动态缩小 /放大和局部放大等功能 ,从而为确定合理的拉坯速度和确定切分机构的理想位置提供了理论依据·
