以人脐静脉内皮细胞（EC）为靶细胞研究白细胞介素6（IL—6）对登革Ⅱ型病毒（D2V）增殖的影响，以及感染细胞产生IL—6水平的动态变化。结果显示：（1）IL—6对人脐静脉EC中的D2V增殖有增强作用；（2）D2V感染能诱导人脐静脉EC产生IL—6、IL—6的分泌水平与D2V感染量呈正相关。
To investigate the effect of interleukin-6 (IL-6) on the proliferation of Dengue virus type 2 (D2V) and the dynamic changes of IL-6 production in infected cells using human umbilical vein endothelial cells (ECs) as target cells. The results showed that: (1) IL-6 could enhance the proliferation of D2V in human umbilical vein EC; (2) D2V infection could induce the secretion of IL-6 by human umbilical vein EC and the level of D2V infection was positively correlated .
