目的探讨多排螺旋CT(MSCT)发现和区分冠状动脉粥样硬化斑块的临床应用价值。方法55例冠心病患者行MSCT冠状动脉造影,并进行薄层最大密度投影(MIP)重建,分别测量和比较非钙化斑块、钙化斑块及血管内对比剂CT值。结果非钙化斑块、钙化斑块、对比剂CT值分别为118.8±54.0Hu、913.7±256.7Hu、403.0±68.2Hu,三者两两比较,差异均有非常显著性意义(P<0.01)。结论无创性MSCT冠脉成像可清晰显示冠脉斑块,通过对斑块CT值的测量,可以准确区分冠状动脉钙化斑块及非钙化斑块,为临床治疗提供帮助。
Objective To investigate the value of multislice spiral CT (MSCT) in detecting and differentiating coronary atherosclerotic plaque. Methods Fifty-five patients with coronary heart disease underwent coronary angiography and MIP reconstruction. The CT values of non-calcified plaque, calcified plaque and intravascular contrast agent were measured and compared respectively. Results The CT values of non-calcified plaque, calcified plaque and contrast agent were 118.8 ± 54.0Hu, 913.7 ± 256.7Hu and 403.0 ± 68.2Hu, respectively. There was significant difference between the two groups (P <0.01). Conclusion Noninvasive MSCT coronary angiography can clearly show the coronary plaque. Coronary artery calcification plaque and non-calcified plaque can be accurately distinguished by measuring the CT value of plaque, which is helpful for clinical treatment.
