肥乡县青少年活动中心建成于2010年9月,自成立以来,在各级领导的关心支持下,不断加大投入、强化管理、创新工作理念,构建了系统的校外教育网络,优化了素质教育资源,在校外教育工作中取得了可喜的成绩,开创了校外教育的新局面。一、加大投入,统筹发展,全力构建素质教育网络为了提高青少年活动的专业性和活动质量,县教育体育局选调了专职管理人员及专业教师7名,专门负责青少年活动的管理、指导和培训工作。同时,还建立健全了经费保障机制,确保了活动中心免费开放和正常运转。
