课堂是舞台,教师是导演,学生是演员。学生能不能获得新知,得到发展,关键要看导演如何导。教师的作用在于导而不在于演,引导学生积极参与、主动交流、自主探究,导出学生独特的见解,自然而然地突破课堂重难点,才是成功的导演。一、机智巧妙,做个“张艺谋”在一开始就要用好导入式,导入要富有激情、悬念、引人深思,就像电影前的序幕一样,一开始就扣人心弦,让学生迫不及待
