现代学徒制具有一定的优越性,它不同于以前传统的学徒制。现如今在以英国和美国等欧美那些发达国家得到了广泛的实施并且现已取得了令人称赞的实施成果,也在强化完善现代学徒制体系。然而令人可惜的是在我们中国,试运行效果并没有大丰收。部分专业人士考虑到对企业利益不大,相关的制度保障不够等因素,另一方面各个高职院校执行力度和能力不足或者说是多数的高职类院校的等一系列原因导致现代学徒制在院校的实践前景不乐观,高职院校推行现代学徒制面临着实践困境。本文从现代学徒制在农业类高职院校的实践出发就相关问题进行分析和探讨。
Modern apprenticeship has some advantages, it is different from the traditional apprenticeship. Nowadays, it has been widely implemented in Europe, the United States and other developed countries such as the United Kingdom and the United States and now it has achieved commendable achievements in implementation. It is also strengthening and improving the system of modern apprenticeships. However, what is a pity is that in our China, there is no big harvest in trial operation. Some professionals take into account the interests of enterprises is not large, the relevant system of protection is not enough and other factors, on the other hand the implementation of various higher vocational colleges and lack of capacity or the majority of higher vocational colleges and a series of reasons leading to modern apprenticeship The practical prospects of the system in colleges and universities are not optimistic. The implementation of modern apprenticeship in higher vocational colleges is confronted with practical difficulties. This article analyzes and discusses the relevant issues from the practice of modern apprenticeship in agricultural higher vocational colleges.
