目的探讨智能化的护理资料库在临床护理及管理中的应用效果,从而提高护理工作和带教质量,提升患者满意度。方法以医院数字化信息系统为平台,利用智能的护理资料库指导护士进行临床护理和带教工作。结果通过使用智能化的护理资料库,提高了实习护生、护士对专科知识的学习水平,巩固了理论联系实际的动手能力。优化了健康教育流程,提高了患者健康教育知晓率,改善了护患关系。结论智能化的护理资料库,保证了患者的安全,提升了护理内涵和患者满意度。
Objective To explore the application effect of intelligent nursing database in clinical nursing and management so as to improve nursing work and teaching quality and enhance patient satisfaction. Methods The hospital digital information system as a platform, the use of intelligent nursing database to guide nurses in clinical nursing and teaching. Results Through the use of intelligent nursing database, it improved the learning level of nursing students and nurses on specialty knowledge and consolidated the practical ability of combining theory with practice. Optimized the health education process, improved awareness of patient health education, and improved the nurse-patient relationship. Conclusion The intelligent nursing database ensures the safety of patients and enhances the connotation and patient satisfaction of nursing.
