为促进园林技术专业发展,本文针对湖南环境生物职业技术学院园林技术专业现状,结合高等农林高职院校园林技术专业的教学特点和人才培养特点,提出教学一体化的实践路径,确立“校企一体,产学融合”的人才培养模式,由校企共同完善人才培养方案,构建以培养职业岗位核心能力为中心的课程体系,加强校内外实习、实训基地的建设,着力培养学生的动手能力,以适应社会的需求。
