无症状性蛋白尿和血尿是近年来被注意的一个课题。研究表明,其中包括各种肾脏疾病和不同程度的肾脏病变。其大部分(约60～70％)是由所谓隐匿性肾炎所致,然而还有30％左右是由其他疾病引起,必须加以鉴别。
Asymptomatic proteinuria and hematuria have been a subject of attention in recent years. Studies have shown that it includes a variety of kidney disease and varying degrees of kidney disease. Most of them (about 60-70%) are caused by the so-called occult nephritis, yet about 30% are caused by other diseases and must be identified.
