免疫放射分析法(IRMA)集放射性同位素的灵敏性与抗原-抗体反应的特异性为一体。该方法应用于水稻细菌性条斑病种子带菌检测,经三年试验表明这一方法具有灵敏度高(最小检测浓度为10~3细菌/ml),特异性强,稳定性好,快速(4~5小时内可得出结果)。通过402份样品的检测,经与常规的浓缩接种法比较,证明该方法应用于带菌稻种的检测前景广阔。
Immunoradioassay (IRMA) combines the sensitivity of radioactive isotopes with the specificity of antigen-antibody reactions. The method has been applied to the detection of rice bacterial leaf streak seed. After three years of experiments, the method has the advantages of high sensitivity (the minimum detection concentration is 10-3 bacteria / ml), strong specificity, good stability and rapidity (4 ~ 5 hours to get the result). Compared with the conventional concentrated inoculation method, the test of 402 samples proved that the method has a good prospect for the detection of the contaminated rice.
