排气量为3~9m~3/min的小型空气压缩机是我国压缩机市场上的主要产品,但其主要技术经济指标比较落后。本文以节能为目标,通过对2V-6/8-I空压机技术改造实践,从气阀设计与布置、阀室容积与气流通道设计,气缸冷却、中间压比与缸径比D_1/D_2以及中间冷却器等方面,探讨了小型压缩机的设计要点与节能途径。作者以实际数据说明合理解决上述问题,可使比功率降低5.5%,同时提出寻求气缸最佳冷却条件可能为进一步降低比功率提供新的途径以及合理选择润滑油对压缩机的安全运转和节能同样有重要意义。
Small air compressor with displacement of 3 ~ 9m ~ 3 / min is the main product on the compressor market in China, but its main technical and economic indicators are relatively backward. Based on the practice of 2V-6/8-I air compressor technological innovation, this paper focuses on the design and layout of valve, valve chamber volume and airflow passage design, cylinder cooling, intermediate pressure ratio and cylinder diameter ratio D_1 / D_2 and Intercooler and so on, discusses the design of small compressors and energy-saving ways. The actual data shows that the reasonable solution to the above problems can reduce the specific power by 5.5%. At the same time, it is proposed that seeking the best cooling condition for the cylinder may provide a new way to further reduce the specific power and the rational choice of lubricating oil for safe operation and energy saving of compressors. There’s important meaning.
