从回顾20世纪70、80年代国际经济法学科初创时的若干感人事迹着手,本文强调了国际经济法学会建设中的无私奉献、勇于探索精神,指出,中国国际经济法学会在进行自身建设的时候,应当要学派,不要宗派;中国国际经济法学会应为中国国际经济法的教学、科研服务,为国家的社会主义现代化建设服务,并站在第三世界立场,为所有发展中国家服务;随着经济全球化的不断发展,中国国际经济法学会必须走向世界。
Beginning with the review of some touching stories in the 1970s and 1980s, the article emphasizes the selfless dedication and courage to explore the spirit of the International Economic Law Institute. It points out that when China Institute of International Economic Law conducts self-construction, Should be based on schools and not denominations. The Chinese Institute of International Economic Law should serve the teaching and research of China’s international economic law and serve the country’s socialist modernization. It should serve the needs of all developing countries on the basis of the Third World. With the continuous development of economic globalization, China Institute of International Economic Law must go to the world.
