辽宁省凌源县公路段为促进公路养修,坚持“低价、高速、优质”的原则发展生产,成立了段部、工区、道班三级全面质量管理网。并于三月十八日对全体人员进行了系统地辅导学习,培训了骨干。
In order to promote highway maintenance, the highway section of Lingyuan County of Liaoning Province has adhered to the principle of “low price, high speed and high quality” to develop production and established a three-tier total quality management network of sections, work areas and road classes. On March 18, all staffs conducted systematic counseling and training on the backbone.
