各位代表:我代表提案审查委员会报告提案审查结果。这次由大会秘告处转交提案审查委员会的提案,共计一、八三七案。经过分类,其中有关生产建设方面的提案(包括工业和交通建设、职工福利、农、林、水利)六百二十五案,占全部提案的百分之三四。其次是有关财经方面的提案(包括财政、税收、金融、贸易、合作),共计四三六案,占百分之二三点七。文教卫生方面的三九七案,点百分之二一点六。有关政治方面的(包括行政、市政建设、社会救济、贯彻婚姻法、房产及其他政治性问题),共计三○七案,占百分之一六点七。治安方面的(包括军事、公安、司法)共七二案,占百分四。在提案审查委员会第一次全体会议上,首先划分了工业、农业、财经、文教卫生、政治、治安六个审查小组,接着就根据「山西省各界人民代表会议提案审查委员会组织章程」第八条所规定的四项处理意见和裴主席在省一届二次各代会大会上关于提案审查结果报告中所提出的并
Distinguished Delegates, On behalf of the Review Committee, I submit the result of the examination of the proposal.
