本文将油滴蒸发与燃烧模型、热力学模型和燃料雾化模型相结合,建立了一个简化的柴油机油滴燃烧模型。该模型概念清晰,计算工作量少,可调参数少。将该模型与喷油规律相结合,可对柴油机的气缸压力、燃烧放热率和燃油消耗率等性能进行模拟计算。以2105柴油机为例进行计算,结果表明:计算值与实测值吻合良好,气缸压力的最大相对误差为6.82%,燃油消耗率的最大相对误差为1.7%。
In this paper, the oil droplet evaporation and combustion model, thermodynamic model and fuel atomization model are combined to establish a simplified diesel oil droplet combustion model. The concept of the model is clear, less computational workload and less adjustable parameters. Combining this model with the injection law can simulate the performance of diesel engine such as cylinder pressure, heat release rate and fuel consumption rate. Taking 2105 diesel engine as an example, the calculation results show that the calculated value is in good agreement with the measured value, the maximum relative error of cylinder pressure is 6.82% and the maximum relative error of fuel consumption rate is 1.7%.
