矿山自1953年大规模地生产以来,应用选厂脫泥尾砂于水平分层充填法,已成为地压控制的主要方法。充填料的制备、貯存和输送等系统都得到了发展,主要表现在更广泛地利用鑽孔作为向各采矿区域供给充填料以及在充填管线中采用攪拌、儲存系统这二个方面。本文将討论关于这二个方面的发展情况。由于充填料的制备方法和所用材料料的改变,作为一种顶板管理的方法,水力充填的效率已经改进了,这些改进在文中与充填的整个过程一並予以介绍。
Since the large-scale production of mines in 1953, the application of desilting tailings in the dressing plant to horizontal stratification filling has become the main method of ground pressure control. Systems for the preparation, storage and transportation of filler material have been developed, mainly in the areas of more extensive use of boreholes for the supply of filling material to the various mining areas and the use of mixing and storage systems in filling lines. This article will discuss developments on these two areas. As a method of roof management, the efficiency of hydraulic filling has been improved due to the method of preparation of filler material and the material used. These improvements are described in the text along with the entire filling process.
