拖拉机经过长期运行和负荷作业后,由于各部球头磨损的正常磨损,会导致配合间隙发生变化;拖拉机在凹凸不平路面上颠簸行驶;检查调试转向行走系统过程中,某些部位出现调整不当;行驶中或作业时拖拉机出现碰撞引起某些机件变形等。这些情况都会引起方向盘抖动、前轮摆头、车身左右摇摆等行驶异常现象,导致使车辆难以驾驶,严重影响行车安全。因此,必须根据不同的故障现象,结合拖拉机转向行走系统的技术状况和当时的实际情况,综合进行分析判断,找出引起故障的原因,进行检查、调试或修复。
