我国经济正在经历着一场从旧常态向新常态的转型过程,这也是我国政治经济发展进入新阶段的必然要求。文章分析了新常态的特征,并对科学精神的内涵进行了探讨,提出以科学精神应对新常态应告别GDP崇拜,树立整体发展观;保持定力,稳定和完善宏观经济政策;告别权力任性,正确处理政府和市场关系三个方面来阐述用科学精神应对新常态。
Our economy is experiencing a transition from the old normal to the new normal, which is also an inevitable requirement for our country’s political and economic development to enter a new stage. This article analyzes the characteristics of the new normal and explores the connotation of the scientific spirit. It proposes that we should bid farewell to the worship of the GDP with a scientific spirit and establish an overall development concept. We should maintain our efforts to stabilize and improve macroeconomic policies. Correctly handle the relationship between the government and the market three aspects to explain the spirit of science to deal with the new normal.
