“,”Objective To investigate relationship between CT findings of severe head trauma and Glasgow coma scale (GCS). Methods From May, 2009 to May, 2011, 110 patients with severe head trauma and CT examinations in our hospital were enrol ed in this retrospective study. GCS was measured by clinicians. CT findings were compared with GCS. Results Areas of encephalic contusion and laceration were found to be negative correlated with GCS. Conclusion CT findings of severe head trauma are wel correlated with patients’ GCS. Both of them can reflect patients’prognosis.
