改革开放以来,“改革”是历届三中全会不变的主题。中共十八届三中全会围绕全面深化改革的总目标,从经济体制、政治体制、文化体制、社会体制、生态文明体制、党的建设制度方面进行了部署,开启了我国改革开放新纪元。会议主题明确、部署全面、重点突出、力度空前,围绕全面深化改革的中心议题,对重点领域的改革进行了新部属,提出了新措施,取得了新突破。这次全会不仅为建设中国特色社会主义伟大事业注入新的活力,也将对整个世界产生深远影响。
Since the reform and opening up, the “reform” has been the unchanging theme of all the previous three plenary sessions.
