今年7月初,笔者在辽宁凌海市石山镇看到,个体汽车电器维修部经理郑有录,为驻军修车司机讲汽车电器使用、保养、维修的技术;再看他门上挂的“机动车电气技术义务咨询处”的牌子,虽然已有十多年了,却依然光彩夺目。 郑有录原是化工部地质队的机电工程师,因病离职,便在家乡石山镇开设了个体汽车电器维修部和配件商店。为了把技术献给家乡的同行及养车户,他在门市部正门挂上了一块“机动车电器技术义务咨询处”的牌子,还在《凌海市报》、《石山个体工商户简报》上刊登了义务咨询内容。
