目的:探讨泌尿外科实施质控小组护理的效果。方法:选取2015年10月~2016年3月医院泌尿外科收治的122例患者为对照组;选取2016年4~10月收治的127例患者为观察组,对照组实施常规护理,观察组成立质控小组,实施专门的护理质量监督,比较两组的护理质量考核评分和患者满意度。结果:观察组的环境管理考核评分、基础护理考核评分、服务态度考核评分、专业技能考核评分和健康教育考核评分明显高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组的患者满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:泌尿外科实施质控小组护理,能够改善护理工作质量,提高患者满意度。
Objective: To investigate the effect of quality control team in urology. Methods: A total of 122 patients admitted to Department of Urology from October 2015 to March 2016 were selected as the control group. 127 patients admitted from April to October in 2016 were selected as the observation group and the control group underwent routine nursing care. Control group, the implementation of specialized nursing quality supervision, comparison of the two groups of nursing quality assessment scores and patient satisfaction. Results: The scores of environmental management assessment, basic nursing assessment, service attitude assessment, professional skills assessment and health education assessment in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P <0.05). The satisfaction degree of the observation group was higher than that of the control group (P <0.05). CONCLUSION: The quality control team in Urology can improve the quality of nursing work and improve patient satisfaction.
