随着近年来我国经济体制和社会体制的不断完善和发展,国库集中支付制度也得到了广泛的推广和实施,作为公共财政体系的重要组成部分,是现代财政国库制度建立的核心和关键。但是随着我国市场经济体制的不断复杂化和多样化,行政事业单位国库集中支付制度在实际运行中依旧存在一些问题和不足,没有达到理想的效果,所以就现阶段国库集中支付制度的相关问题进行分析和研究是十分必要的,只有这样才能够在强化行政事业单位财务管理能力的同时促进我国经济的稳定和发展。
