“细节”一词,在许多人的眼里是觉得是细微的、不值一提的小事,因此很多人从而忽略了细节,导致细节酿成了大错。香港商业巨子李嘉诚就是一个很注重细节的人,他无论是在事业上还是在与人的交往中都很注重细节,他的巨大成功可以说离不开他对细节的要求。他曾在一次讲学中说道:“栽种细节,成就行为;栽种行为,成就习惯;栽种习惯,成就性格;栽种性格,成就命运。”可见“细节”这个行为习惯的日积月累对人有多大的影响,因此关于利用细节,在教学工作中对学生的感染也是重要的。
