对92例非溃疡性消化不良(NUD)患者作了体表胃电图(EGG)描记,其中:22例服用吗丁啉2周,进行治疗前后EGG对比观察,33例检测空腹胃泌素和胃动素;25例检测胃粘膜肥大细胞(MC)。观察结果为进一步探讨NUD的发病机理和简便有效的检测方法提供了依据。
Electrodeography (EGG) was performed on 92 patients with non-ulcer dyspepsia (NUD). Among them, 22 patients were treated with domperidone for 2 weeks, EGG contrast before and after treatment, 33 patients with fasting serum gastrin and Motilin; 25 cases of gastric mucosal mast cells (MC). The results provide a basis for further exploring the pathogenesis of NUD and simple and effective detection methods.
