校企合作中学校在人才培养目标、专业设置、课程设置、学校管理等方面都要有企业的参与,满足企业用工的要求,体现以就业为导向的办学宗旨。文章就校企合作中如何将学生的实习实训与课堂教学实践融为一体等进行了阐述。
School-enterprise cooperation in the school training objectives, professional settings, curriculum, school management and other aspects of business participation, to meet the requirements of the employment of enterprises, embodies the employment-oriented operating purposes. This article elaborates on how to integrate students’ internship training and classroom teaching practice in the cooperation between school and enterprise.
