和田地区交通不便、经济和文化欠发达,总人口191万人,其中维吾尔族占总人口的96.3%。地理,历史、观念、文化、宗教等诸多因素给本地区的无偿献血工作造成了影响。2003年10月,随着和田地区中心血站建成并投入使用,无偿献血工作得以大力推进,尤其是加强了对广大维族献血者的宣传,并在短期内完成了由政府指令计划献血向自愿无偿献血的转变[1]。现就本地区的无偿献血工作思路报道如下。
Hetian area has traffic inconvenience, economy and culture undeveloped, with a total population of 1.91 million, of which Uighur 96.3% of the total population. Factors such as geography, history, ideas, culture, religion and others have had an impact on the blood donation in our region. In October 2003, with the completion and putting into use of the blood center at the Hotan district center, the work of unpaid blood donation was greatly promoted. In particular, the propaganda for the majority of Uighur blood donors was intensified. In the short term, blood donation from the government order plan was completed to the voluntary unpaid Blood donation change [1].
