今年,是世界反法西斯战争胜利五十周年;今年八月,是我国抗日战争胜利五十周年。一九三七年七月七日,日本帝国主义继一九三一年“九一八”事变侵占我国东北大片领土之后,又在河北省卢沟桥发动“七七”事变,对华发动了全面侵略战争,一九四五年八月十五日宣布无条件投降。当时日本一个小小的岛国,敢于对我们这样一个泱泱大国发动侵略战争,原因是多方面的,关键在于清末以后相当一段时期,政治腐败,经济衰退,国势日弱,使得倭寇有机可乘,犯我中华,大好河山遭受兽蹄践踏。回顾历史,痛定思痛,我们一定要在中国共产党领导之下,在政治上反腐倡廉,在经济上健康而迅速地发展,进一步增强我国国力,进一步提高我们伟大的社会主义祖国在国际上的威望。一方面使历史悲剧不再重演,另一方面使我国早日跻身世界经济强国之列。
