介绍了切削厚度与采煤机工作受力以及平稳性的关系,分析了滚筒采煤机截煤时切削厚度的变化规律和特点,计算了被截煤层的平均切削厚度并提出了用切削厚度的波动系数来分析其变化程度,推导了该波动系数的计算公式,并以此为基础对几种不同数目下的截齿进行了仿真。仿真结果表明适量地增加滚筒上同一截线上截齿的数目可以减小截齿截煤时的受力冲击性,但是数目应该尽量选用奇数。
The relationship between the cutting thickness and the working force and the stability of the shearers is introduced. The changing rules and characteristics of the cutting thickness when the drum shearer cut coal is analyzed are analyzed.
