牙本质过敏是较为常见的牙体病之一,引起此症的因素很多,临床多以化学药物脱敏为主,但是疗效不确切。作者采用氦氖激光对38例牙本质过敏症病人进行脱敏治疗,并同20例牙本质过敏患者采用氟化钠甘油糊剂治疗进行比较,现报道如下。 1 材料与方法 1.1 临床资料:随机筛选1996~1999年在本院就诊的牙本质过敏症病人58例,年龄28~69(43±7)岁。男性37例,女性21例。其中牙颈部楔状缺损26例,磨损致牙本质暴露及敏感者27例,修复中牙体预备所致者5例。冷、热、酸、甜及机械刺激诱发牙体均出现不同程度的疼痛。 1.2 材料:ILIB-1型低能量氦氖激光血管内照射治疗仪(河南计算机研究所),输出功率15mW。3000g/L的氟化钠甘油糊剂。
Dentition hypersensitivity is one of the more common dental diseases, causing many of the factors of this disease, mostly clinical desensitization of the main chemical, but the curative effect is not exact. The authors used helium-neon laser 38 desensitization patients with dentin hypersensitivity treatment, and with 20 cases of dentinal hypersensitivity patients treated with sodium fluoride glycerol paste, are reported below. 1 Materials and Methods 1.1 Clinical data: randomly selected from 1996 to 1999 in our hospital 58 patients with dentine hypersensitivity, aged 28 to 69 (43 ± 7) years old. 37 males and 21 females. Among them, there were 26 cases of wedge-shaped defect in the cervical and neck, 27 cases of dentinal exposure and sensation in wear, and 5 cases caused by tooth preparation. Cold, heat, sour, sweet and mechanical stimulation of the teeth showed varying degrees of pain. 1.2 Materials: ILIB-1 low-energy He-Ne laser intravascular irradiation instrument (Henan Institute of Computer), the output power of 15mW. 3000g / L sodium fluoride glycerin paste.
