房产档案数字化管理已经广泛的应用于我国的房地产档案管理工作当中,是一种新兴的现代化高科技管理方法。虽然,与传统的档案管理方法相比,数字化管理方法具有工作效率高,信息资料安全性强等优点。但是,由于传统房产档案管理方式的影响,房产档案数字化管理的建设与应用中遇到了一定的阻碍。因此,本文对房产档案数字化管理的建设与应用展开了探讨。
Real estate files digital management has been widely used in China’s real estate file management which is a new and modern high-tech management methods. Although, compared with the traditional file management methods, digital management methods with high efficiency, information security and other advantages. However, due to the influence of traditional real estate archives management methods, some obstacles have been encountered in the construction and application of digitized management of real estate archives. Therefore, this article discusses the construction and application of digital management of real estate files.
