Construction Management of Expressway Project Fundamental changes have taken place in its management philosophy from exploring the advanced experience of absorbing foreign countries. After many years of practice and research, the project management has made a series of successful experiences. The article introduces the situation that the sixth engineering company in Hunan Province has obtained good economic benefits after using the energy management concept.
