本文报造25例急性脑梗塞患者，经常规药物治疗7～15天后，应用高压氧治疗，经1～2个疗程后取得了满意疗效。与常规药物治疗组比较，总有效率为96％（P＜0.05）。高压氧治疗急性脑梗塞可增加脑组织氧含量，改善脑组织缺血缺氧，促进侧支循环建立，从而促进意识恢复和肢体功能的改善，并可缩短病程，减少后遗症。高压氧治疗本病安全，疗效肯定，值得推广。
This article reported that 25 cases of acute cerebral infarction patients, after conventional drug treatment for 7 to 15 days, the application of hyperbaric oxygen therapy, after 1 to 2 courses of treatment achieved satisfactory results. Compared with the conventional drug treatment group, the total effective rate was 96% (P <0.05). Hyperbaric oxygen treatment of acute cerebral infarction can increase the oxygen content of brain tissue, improve cerebral ischemia and hypoxia, and promote the establishment of collateral circulation, thus promoting the recovery of consciousness and the improvement of limb function, and can shorten the course of the disease and reduce the sequelae. Hyperbaric oxygen treatment of the disease safe, effective, it is worth promoting.
