欧洲与北美国家在对待铁路柴油机减排问题的立足点和具体作法上有所区别。本文侧重介绍欧洲内燃机协会、欧洲铁路工业联盟、国际铁路联盟等研究机构在致力于降低欧洲铁路柴油机排放方面所做的工作以及下一步将开展的研究课题。
Differences between Europe and North American countries in treating the issue of rail diesel emission reduction and the specific practices are different. This article focuses on the work done by the European Internal Combustion Engine Association, the European Union of Railway Industries, the International Union of Railway Industries and other research institutions in their efforts to reduce the emission of diesel engines in European railways and the research topics to be carried out in the next step.
