目的:首次对缅甸产樟属两种植物Cinnamomum multiflorum,C.bejolghota(钝叶桂)茎皮中的非极性成分进行定性及定量研究,并与中药肉桂(C.cassis)进行比较。方法:使用GC/MS法,对这3种植物的乙醚提取物进行定性、定量分析,根据IR及MS图谱对所含化合物进行鉴别,根据峰面积计算化合物的相对含量。结果:在鉴定的62个化合物中,C.multiflorum的主要成分为单萜及其衍生物(53.18%),其中桂皮醛的含量(29.57%)甚至高于肉桂(22.36%)。C.bejolghota的主要成分为倍半萜及其衍生物(58.18%),其中丁香酚含量为三者最高。结论:首次明确了C.multiflorum与C.bejolghota的挥发性、半挥发性成分的化学组成,提示C.multiflorum、C.bejolghota可作为肉桂的代用品。本研究结果同时还为该属植物的化学分类提供了参考。
OBJECTIVE: To qualitatively and quantitatively study the non-polar components of bark of Cinnamomum multiflorum and C. bejolghota (Burgundys oliucas) in Burma and compare it with C. cassis. Methods: The ether extracts of these three plants were qualitatively and quantitatively analyzed by GC/MS method. The compounds were identified based on IR and MS spectra, and the relative content of compounds was calculated based on the peak area. RESULTS: Of the 62 compounds identified, the main component of C.multiflorum was monoterpene and its derivatives (53.18%). The content of cinnamic aldehyde (29.57%) was even higher than that of cinnamon (22.36%). The main component of C. bejolghota is sesquiterpene and its derivatives (58.18%), of which the eugenol content is the highest among the three. Conclusion: The chemical compositions of the volatile and semi-volatile components of C.multiflorum and C.bejolghota were identified for the first time, suggesting that C.multiflorum and C.bejolghota can be used as a substitute for cinnamon. The results of this study also provide a reference for the chemical classification of this genus.
