为了控制固井时水泥面的合理返高,笔者提出用“中位数”计算法来求水泥附加系数。本文对胜利油田近年来所固的125口井的井眼与套管配合尺寸,应该封固的长度、电测平均环形容积、原设计的水泥用量及水泥面返高,实际注入的水泥量及声幅检查所得的水泥返高、每口井水泥平均附加系数以及多封长度等现场资料进行了采集与分析统计分析表明,应用“中位数”计算法来改进或缩小附加系数的范围,使其接近注水泥所应附加系数的基值
