目的 :介绍背阔肌肌皮瓣联合扩张器应用于乳腺癌患者即刻乳房重建的临床经验。方法 :回顾本院2013~2014年10例行保留皮肤或保留乳头乳晕乳腺癌切除术后,应用背阔肌肌瓣或肌皮瓣联合扩张器进行即刻乳房重建病例,术后分次注水扩张,维持6个月以上,二期手术将扩张器更换为硅凝胶假体,完成乳房重建。结果:10例乳房再造手术均获成功,未发生扩张器或假体相关并发症。术后随访1年,外观效果满意。结论:背阔肌肌皮瓣联合扩张器的即刻乳房重建手术对乳腺癌患者安全可行,手术效果好。
OBJECTIVE: To introduce the clinical experience of latissimus dorsi myocutaneous flap combined with dilator for immediate breast reconstruction in patients with breast cancer. Methods: From 2013 to 2014, 10 cases of breast conserving or retaining nipple areola were resected from 2013 to 2014 in our hospital. Immediate latissimus dorsi muscle flap or myocutaneous flaps combined with dilator were used in this study. Maintained more than 6 months, two surgeries will replace the dilator silicone gel prosthesis to complete the reconstruction of the breast. Results: All 10 cases of breast reconstruction were successful without complications of dilator or prosthesis. Follow-up 1 year after surgery, the appearance of satisfactory results. Conclusion: The latissimus dorsi myocutaneous flaps combined with dilator for immediate breast reconstruction is safe and feasible for patients with breast cancer.
