新时代的农村幼儿建设与管理的好坏会直接影响学生一生的发展,加强幼儿建设是为小学教育打下一个良好的基础,为此农村幼儿建设要结合实际,整合资源,加强管理。建立科学的管理制度才能有效的提高农村幼儿教育教学质量。
The construction and management of rural young children in a new era will directly affect the development of students’ life. Strengthening the construction of early childhood children lays a good foundation for primary education. Therefore, the construction of rural children should integrate resources and strengthen management in light of reality. Establishing a scientific management system can effectively improve the quality of preschool education in rural areas.
