本实验选用30只不同月龄健康雄性Wistar大鼠(20月龄、12月龄、3月龄各10只),应用免疫细胞化学、计算机图像分析、形态计量法和电镜研究大鼠腺垂体在衰老过程中生长激素(growthhormone,GH)细胞的形态学改变。结果表明:腺垂体实质细胞总数、GH细胞数随龄显著减少,GH细胞直径也随龄下降,以青年组到中年组减少最为明显(P<0.05)。应用IP-8计算机图像分析系统发现,GH细胞面密度随增龄显著减少(P<0.05)。老年大鼠腺垂体实质细胞排列紊乱,出现间质及血管周的纤维化和大量退化细胞,GH细胞呈固缩的表现,RER池扩张,核蛋白体脱落
In this study, 30 healthy male Wistar rats of different ages (20 months old, 12 months old, and 3 months old) were selected. Immunocytochemistry, computer image analysis, morphometry and electron microscopy Morphological changes of growth hormone (GH) cells during aging. The results showed that the total number of pituitary parenchyma cells and GH cells decreased significantly with age, and the diameter of GH cells also decreased with age, especially in young group and middle-aged group (P <0.05). Using IP-8 computer image analysis system, we found that the surface density of GH cells decreased significantly with age (P <0.05).
