社会经济的发展对人才的要求变得越来越高,人才培养的方案也在经受着很大的考验。本文从确立与社会需求紧密联系的人才培养目标、改革课程设置、优化学生的知识结构等方面提出了少数民族语言专业人才培养策略。
The demand for qualified personnel for the development of the society and economy has become higher and higher, and the program for personnel training has also undergone great tests. This article puts forward the strategy of cultivating linguistic specialists for ethnic minorities in terms of establishing the goal of personnel training closely linked with social needs, reforming the curriculum and optimizing the knowledge structure of students.
