在某金属型铝合金铸件中冒口占的比例较大,试生产过程中冒口根部与铸件连接部位极易产生缩孔缺陷。鉴于此,对铸件浇注过程施加机械振动;在保证铸件质量的前提下减小冒口尺寸,以提高铸件的工艺出品率。结果表明,在振动频率30 Hz和振幅0.16 mm的条件下,铸件内部缩孔缺陷得以消除。在相同的振动参数下,冒口尺寸减小至36.8%时,铸件内部缺陷重新产生。
In a metal aluminum casting riser accounted for a larger proportion of the trial production riser root and castings connecting parts prone to shrinkage defects. In view of this, the casting casting process of applying mechanical vibration; casting quality assurance in the premise to reduce riser size, in order to improve the casting process yield. The results show that the shrinkage defects in the castings are eliminated at vibration frequency of 30 Hz and amplitude of 0.16 mm. Under the same vibration parameters, when the riser size is reduced to 36.8%, internal defects in castings are regenerated.
