目的观察脉冲电磁场 (PEMF)治疗系统对I型骨质疏松症患者的近期疗效。方法用国产Union 2 0 0 0PEMF治疗系统对 1 6例I型骨质疏松症患者做脉冲电磁场治疗 ,疗程 60天。对比治疗前后患者骨密度和腰背痛改善情况。结果 1疗程后 ,所有病例的疼痛症状均消失 ,骨密度有所增加 ,但与治疗前无显著性差异 (P >0 .0 5)。结论脉冲电磁场治疗系统不失为一种较好的治疗I型骨质疏松症的方法
Objective To observe the short-term curative effect of pulsed electromagnetic field (PEMF) treatment system on type I osteoporosis patients. Methods Sixty-six patients with type I osteoporosis were treated by pulsed electromagnetic field with a domestic Union 20000PEMF treatment system. Before and after treatment of patients with bone mineral density and low back pain to improve the situation. Results After 1 course of treatment, the pain symptoms of all the cases disappeared and the BMD increased, but there was no significant difference (P> 0.05) before treatment. Conclusion Pulsed electromagnetic field therapy system is a good method of treatment of type I osteoporosis
