采用水煮法分析添加不同掺量消石灰的硅石与沥青的黏附性.根据级配型抗滑沥青混合料设计理论,筛孔4.75 mm以上的粗集料采用硅石,4.75 mm以下的集料采用石灰岩.基于马歇尔设计法进行硅石沥青混合料配合比设计及路用性能检验,并选择具有代表性路段进行硅石沥青路面试验路的铺筑和跟踪检测.结果表明,添加2%消石灰可以有效提高沥青与硅石的黏附性,且添加2%消石灰的硅石沥青混合料配合比设计的各项性能检验结果均满足《规范》(JTG F40-2004)的技术要求,特别是水稳定性能表现较好;试验路段的路面使用状况良好,构造深度及摆值均较同路线普通沥青路面高,且其随着使用时间的增加衰减较慢.这表明硅石作为一种酸性集料,以其合理的混合料配合比设计和采取适当的抗剥落措施,在公路沥青路面中的应用是可行的,且改善了路面的抗滑性能.
