[目的]观察乌贝散联合奥美拉唑治疗消化性溃疡疗效。[方法]使用前瞻性设计方法,对80例门诊患者使用乌贝散(乌贼骨、浙贝母各10g、白及3g,乳香6g,三七3g,黄芪10g;脾虚加党参、白术各10g;气滞加枳壳、陈皮各6g;肠化加莪术10g,蛇舌草15g;幽门螺旋杆菌阳性加蒲公英15g),1剂/d,水煎300mL,早晚口服。奥美拉唑20mg,1次/d。连续治疗8周为1疗程。观测临床症状、胃黏膜溃疡面、不良反应。治疗1疗程,判定疗效。[结果]痊愈59例,显效12例,有效6例,无效3例,总有效率96.20%。[结论]乌贝散联合奥美拉唑治疗消化性溃疡,疗效满意,无副作用,值得推广。
[Objective] To observe the curative effect of uliposide combined with omeprazole on peptic ulcer. [Method] The prospective design method was used in 80 outpatients. [Result] 59 cases were cured, 12 cases were markedly effective, 6 cases were effective, 3 cases were ineffective and the total effective rate was 96.20%. [Conclusion] Combination of omeprazole and omeprazole in the treatment of peptic ulcer has satisfactory curative effect and no side effects and is worth popularizing.
