目的了解在屏障环境繁育的不同品系实验兔的生理指标特性。方法采用SPF级大耳白和新西兰兔各10只,通过心脏采血获得检测样本。用血细胞分析仪、血液生化仪及凝血仪检测其生理指标。结果大耳白实验兔部分指标有差异(P<0.05),而新西兰实验兔部分指标也存在差异(P<0.05)。结论不同品系的SPF兔生理指标有着明显的差异,这对选择生理指标稳定的实验动物、保证动物实验顺利进行有着非常重要的意义。
Objective To understand the physiological characteristics of rabbits with different strains breeding in a barrier environment. Methods Ten rabbits with SPF grade white rabbits and New Zealand rabbits were used in this study. Using blood cell analyzer, blood biochemical analyzer and coagulation analyzer to detect the physiological indicators. Results There were significant differences in some indexes of big ear white rabbits (P <0.05), while some of New Zealand rabbits also showed some differences (P <0.05). Conclusion There are significant differences in the physiological indexes of different strains of SPF rabbits, which is very important for the selection of experimental animals with stable physiological indexes to ensure the smooth progress of animal experiments.
