作者用30%的乙酰纤维素铺板(20×20cm;层厚0.3mm),用一系列展开剂(水和有机溶剂的混合物)分离14种PAH,并进行了板上定性测定。30%的乙酰纤维素比20%的分离效果好,而40%的会使涂层的稳定性大大下降。使用30%的乙酰纤维素可使纤维素颗粒外侧上的羟基完全乙酰化,形成一种非极性相(“反相”色谱),使用强极性展开剂便可把PAH展开。但是,展开剂中对涂层具有腐蚀作用的成分的百分比要小,否则涂层的稳定性则差。
The authors isolated 14 PAHs with a series of developing agents (a mixture of water and organic solvents) using 30% acetyl cellulose (20 x 20 cm; layer thickness 0.3 mm) and subjected to qualitative on-plate assays. Separation of 30% acetyl cellulose than 20%, and 40% of the stability of the coating will be greatly reduced. With 30% acetyl cellulose, the hydroxyl groups on the outside of the cellulose particles are fully acetylated to form a non-polar phase (“reverse phase” chromatography), which can be extended using a more polar developer. However, the percentage of components in the developer that have a corrosive effect on the coating is small, otherwise the stability of the coating is poor.
