员工职业生涯管理是企业迈向现代化管理的重要组成部分。本文从实践角度出发,以某国有建筑施工企业为例,重点分析当前员工职业生涯管理的现状,查找存在的不足,探索符合行业发展特点相适应的通道建设对策及完善配套措施。
Staff career management is an important part of the enterprise toward the modernization of management. This paper, from a practical point of view, takes a state - owned construction enterprise as an example. It analyzes the present situation of current employee career management, finds out the existing problems, and probes into the channel construction countermeasures and perfecting measures in line with the development characteristics of the industry.
