历史是公正无私的,它会对每个人、每件事最终做出最公正的评价来。但历史是无情的、残酷的。在1992年全国政协第七届五次会议这个具有历史意义的会议开幕的前4天,王任重同志突然离开了我们。这个历史的恶作剧,是叫人难以接受的,无法忍受的。 现在任重同志离开我们已经3年了,从他逝世那天起,我一直想写篇悼念文章,但我不愿作这个痛苦的回忆,甚至直到今天,我还不愿承认这个痛苦的事实。我怎样也提不起笔来,怎样也理不清思路,所以3年来也写不出一个字。我一生经历过不少痛苦的、悲伤的事件,但任重同志的逝世,却是对我心灵上最痛苦、最残酷、最突然的打击。
History is just and unselfish. It will ultimately give the most fair assessment of everyone and everything. But history is ruthless and cruel. Four days before the opening of this historic meeting of the Seventh Five-nation Conference of the CPPCC in 1992, Comrade Wang Renzhong suddenly left us. This historical prank is unacceptable and unbearable. It is now three years since Comrade Tuguchi left us. From the day of his death, I have always wanted to write an article dedicated to memorials. However, I would not like to make this bitter memory. Even today, I am still reluctant to admit this painful fact. How can I not mention pen, how to ignore the idea, so three years can not write a word. I have experienced many painful and sad events in my life. However, the death of a comrade in charge of my life is the most painful, cruel and abrupt blow to my soul.
