本文概述了舰用燃气轮机涡轮叶片用的新型多元MCrAlY型深护层的发展过程和使用简况,并着重论述了新型涂层氧化、热腐蚀以及热疲劳等基本性能。当采用物理汽相沉积、等离子喷涂等工艺将此种涂层施加于合金表面上时,可以完全克服简单铝化物涂层的缺点而使之具有上万小时的寿命。国外实践业已证明这类防护层能够满足舰用长寿命燃气轮机涡轮叶片的工作要求。
This paper presents an overview of the development and use of a novel multivariable MCrAlY deep sheath for turbine blades of a gas turbine. The basic properties of the new coating, such as oxidation, hot corrosion and thermal fatigue, are highlighted. When such coatings are applied to the alloy surface by physical vapor deposition, plasma spray coating or the like, the lifetime of thousands of hours can be completely overcome by the shortcomings of simple aluminide coatings. Foreign practice has proved that such protective layer can meet the working requirements of turbine long-life gas turbine blades.
